@KLM 6 weeks and NO REPLY on where our Ukrainian refugee guests' luggage is, or even an acknowledgement that you have lost it. This is all of their possessions! You can't treat people like this
@KLM Hello - still waiting for help on this. can't stress enough how awful this is for our Ukrainian guests who are in a new country without any of their possessions and no idea if they will get them back. Please can someone help?!
@KLM lost luggage KL1021 AMS-LHR (supposed to be KL919 AMS-SOU) of Ukrainian refugees who have just arrived to live with my family. Cannot create a PIR, being told to call but cannot get through. Very distressing time for our guests, need to speak to a human about this please ๐
@KLM I DM'd a while ago but haven't had a reply. Please can someone get back to us asap? Our guests have had to leave their country, family and most of their belongings. Getting their only luggage back is very important
@nsandihelp Did I do something incorrect with the transfer? Do you advise waiting to buy new bonds if there is an issue atm? Are there any delays with winning bonds being paid out? Thanks again

@thameswater SW16 and zero water since Saturday. Streatham Vale water point too far for us (no car) so looking to you for a truthful update and helpful temporary solution. Also will be seeking compensation as inline with our legal rights
