@KLM lost luggage KL1021 AMS-LHR (supposed to be KL919 AMS-SOU) of Ukrainian refugees who have just arrived to live with my family. Cannot create a PIR, being told to call but cannot get through. Very distressing time for our guests, need to speak to a human about this please 🙏
