A Prayer for Spiritual Courage That Overcomes

O my GOD of truth and love (Amra is shorthand for this title of God), Jesus Christ (Pische is shorthand for His Name), give me and my comrades (Komörta), who are like kin (Shirn), your "spiritual courage that overcomes" (Körtesmatum) against our enemies along this path of courageous honor and nobility of character (Regita).

The idea of this prayer is to seek God for a courageous, honorable, nobility of character which lies behind and unleashes spiritual courage that overcomes. The battle is within, the enemies and troubles are without, the physical results are in God's hand but the responsibility to pursue these things lies in our hands, albeit empowered by God's truth and love which we pursue with passion and even discipline.

Whether you use the fictional language from the story, which you would if you were engaging in an immersive learning experience based on the fictional future history, the idea is to pray for what we pursue, which is to be transformed and because of this to be able to walk in the integrity of our faith and our convictions wisely in the sight of God but wholly empowered by the Holy Spirit within us and deep ongoing study of God's Word.

To be in the Word and the Spirit, especially in the company of other Christians wherever we find them, not just from our church or family group, is the central theme to walking along a path of courageous honor and nobility of character (Regita). We are not a church, Upadaria is a Civilizational Paradigm you UTILIZE not a doctrine you are made to obey: this call to be engaged with all fellow Christians is not a call to recruit people, it is a call to unity within the Body of Christ.

This isn't a prayer for outward success or physical triumph, although these things can and do often accompany it. It is a prayer for inner victory, to remain a follower of Jesus Christ in an honorable manner, by the power of the Word and the Spirit, without fail regardless of what we may endure, suffer, or even lose our lives to.

Those who prayed this prayer in the fictional story, both the ancients (fictional) and those alive now who have discovered the Scrolls, which are not sacred or holy in and of themselves but simply historical records of a people who sought to follow God, were seeking to become as much in the true moral/ethical "image" of God as possible through inner transfiguration.

While the journey is aided by your Peers, and recognized by them through "ranks of the nobility of merit" so that nobility and royalty are seen as something attainable by all and inherited by none, and the path is guaranteed to all regardless of anything but their desire and their dedication to Pische (Jesus Christ), the journey unlocks YOUR scroll of destiny and purpose (called your "wyrd") which only you and your God can define.

Pische is in the ancient (fictional) history the word for a Savior who is God, because they existed as many as 30,000 years ago, or, before the flood. Again, this is just fictional, it is meant to create an imaginary "mythos" not connected to any people's history. Thus it has no baggage nor provenance with any ethnogroup or ethnicity alive today. In modern times, but also fictional future history written in 2147 AD, it is used as a code because Christians forced underground needed a way to talk in code that the persecuting authoritaries could not easily decipher just by listening in.

I would never deny I am ethnic German for a discount. It would shame my ancestors and I do not believe it goes lightly for those who disrespect their ancestors and their people. If I was Igbo, I would wear it with pride, but I am ethnic German, and I do not shrink from defending my ancestors.

I am 58 and a widower for two years now. My Nigerian friends are the most likely to urge me to consider finding a wife because I am too young. Others do this also. But I will just do whatever I will do without reference to anyone else but God and my conscience. When you are secure in who you are, no amount of noise will move you, I believe.
