One of the highlights of climbing in Sardinia this fall was getting to climb the route Hotel Supramonte. It’s a 10 pitch 8b (so roughly 1,000ft 5.13d) up a beautiful wall. I tried it one day in warm, humid conditions and thought it felt impossible...
Sanni and I climbed a very scenic spire (Sole Incantatore on Aguglia di Goloritze, 4 pitch 6c) which is pretty impressive considering Sanni is now 5 months pregnant. Great mix of quality climbing and good swimming to make the trip feel very vacation-y.
I have spent the past couple of months trying to see if #TinyML can be used with a hydrophone to detect boats. This is part of my teams work at @IqtLabs to build an AI SonoBuoy. The initial results are promising, but there have been some lessons along the way... (1/♾)
