i’ve realized in the last few days that i truly am alone. like yes i have friends but i truly have no one i can talk to when things feel so heavy and dark it even scares me. bc no one wants a friend who only has problems. and if i do talk about my thoughts i’ll scare them away
Some of yall need to realize that yall are USERS. Yall don’t know how to be good friends, good partners, or good family members because you’re always looking for what you can get out of people. Yall take advantage of people’s kindness, love, resources, support, connections, etc.. instead of genuinely showing up for them!
I’m genuinely grateful God sat me down and allowed me to go through certain things that forced me to slow down, reflect, and grow. Some seasons humbled me, some broke me open, and some taught me lessons I didn’t even realize I needed. But through it all, I became more intentional, more discerning, and more at peace with who I am.
Unhealed people don't listen with their ears. They listen with their triggers. They don't hear your words. They hear their wounds. They turn calm into criticism, honesty into an attack, and silence into abandonment. Every response is shaped by fear, not understanding. You're having a conversation, but they're fighting battles from another time. No matter how gently you speak, pain speaks louder. That's why healing isn't a luxury. It's necessary for connection, for clarity, for peace
