In 18 seasons at Valpo, Punter led the Vikings to a 302-117 record, 9 sectional titles, 2 regionals, a semi state championship & a 1994 state runner-up finish. He coached 4 Indiana All-Stars, including 1994 Mr. Basketball Bryce Drew & Purdue standout Robbie Hummel.
