Most of them are like 1 year old on a 5 year project. It’s like somebody being in the middle of building a house and you claiming that you haven’t even sold it or don’t have rent makes no sense. It takes time to lease acreage drill Wells and turn them on granted majority of our assets are non-operated, which I’m sure you know what that means. That means that we are participating as an investor not as the developer.
Quit while I’m ahead ? I don’t have my partners hounding me.

The only part of this contract that wasn’t complete was an assignment never got filed or sent to us by the selling party AKA them. It’s very simple. The lease expired and the well was plugged. Not a big deal this is an attorney billing their client for bs that is not needed. You don’t need to assign an expired leasehold.

@Wendy_Buda69 We have an agreement on the lease. Surface usage agreement for land and we pay % on the gas. They’re usually pretty happy because the gas doesn’t have a market so it’s just added income for them.
