@AmericanAir You are still talking about the cancelled flight last night. AA1845 today has been atrocious. You boarded the aircraft, told us to get off, then boarded a different destination that departed. The aircraft you sent us to had a maintenance issue. You knew that!

@AmericanAir It’s not just the wait. We were cancelled last night, no hotel given. Boarded an airplane this AM, only to be told it was the wrong plane, then swapped onto a plane with a maintenance issue. This is pure incompetence.

@AmericanAir you need to take care of the passengers on AA1845 who are currently delayed for maintenance after boarding another perfectly good plane. Many of these passengers were cancelled from AA1176 last night. People are getting agitated.
