Year 6 all settled in nicely at Hilltop, with archery, zip lining, mountain biking, caving, swimming happening already.. Mrs D's been in the pool! Food and evening activities in the woods to follow.. So far so good! @GEPSClass6

A massive well done to our superstar Class 3 children for their incredible performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream last night.. They all put in so much hard work and were all fantastic!

Children have been told their results today and will have these formally with their school reports later in the week.. 😀

Wow! I'm not a massive fan of the pressure and weighting that comes with KS2 SATs, but my goodness our Year 6 children did themselves proud with the mature way that they dealt with them, and it has really paid off for them in their results. I am a very proud teacher!

How quickly can you answer 24 division questions? Our long standing 8 second record has fallen twice today... 7.97 and 7.52 seconds!!! Well done Emily and Floss, this is quite remarkable..! @GEPSClass6 perhaps this should be a challenge for you to join?

@kereengetten My year 6 children are ABSOLUTELY LOVING When Life Gives You Mangoes.. One of my Ukrainian children is even exhibiting it in our ‘Bookfest’ event! This has really helped her to learn English, thank you so much for the inspiration! #edutwitter

Spot the non-deliberate mistake... It wasn't actually an 'isle' of pain au chocolat - although such a thing does sound wonderful... An 'aisle' of pain au chocolat - slightly easier to find than an entire island! #mistakeshelpuslearn!
