RCT will not be going into the OSU/NCSC campus, Kehoe Center or Pioneer tech on route 13. This also includes route 9 as they are all closed.

On October 31, 2018 Richland County Transit will be providing shuttle service from @RaceMansfield Parking Lot to @MansfieldRegionalAirport for a Rally with Vice President Mike Pence feat. Mike DeWine and Rep. Troy Balderson From 8:15 am to 10:30 am and 12:15 pm to 1:00 pm.
