@arrivaessex But that is exactly my point! They are NOT at all clear when EVERY journey has a code to be consulted. Notes should only be used sparingly. You need to publish separate tables for schooldays and for non-schooldays, and to include a list of what are classed as "schooldays".

@FirstEssex I've only received the first part of yr msg, re 3A. 3A is a local Southend route, Leigh to Southend, nothing to do with Chelmsford. It needs publicising correctly!

@FirstEssex Why have you not yet published the revised timetable for Southend route 21 and new route 26? They take effect in less than a week's time!! Also, why is the new Southend local service 3A listed under mid Essex on the web, not under south Essex where people would look for it?

@TravelEssexNews @UttlesfordDC Given that the cancellation notices for these services were received by the Traffic Commissioner's office on March 3rd, almost 6 weeks ago, and would have been copied to you at that time, why did you not take action sooner to arrange full replacement services?
