We’re back on the road in North Wales today, visiting closed churches that are in need of a future — so we can work out which ones we can help.
We began at St Doged’s in Llanddoged, Denbighshire, a redundant medieval church remodelled in the 1830s …
We're a small publishing press showcasing photography which explores our relationship with 'place'.
We're commited to producing high quality affordable books & zines. Our artists pay nothing & receive royalties on every book sold.

Minilabs beware! Watch out for films in these cheap plastic cans. The factory supplies them with an unperforated thick plastic leader to stick bulk load film onto. They are known as "processor killers".
Happy New Year!
We’re kicking off 2022 with Revisiting New Brighton by Phillip Lake.
Inspired by the classic work created there by Tom Wood, Martin Parr & Ken Grant, Phillip presents his take on this faded seaside resort - slightly noir, even melancholy, but with affection.

@analogfusion They are still better than nothing but, agreed have limitations. Glad you are both feeling better - hopefully not too long until back to normal
@analogfusion Got an equivalent (N95) from a local industrial supply company. The fit is significantly better, and yes can ‘feel’ the filtration. As you say still comfortable and now using when I have to go anywhere. Hope both of you are feeling better ?
This project borrows the title Genius Loci (Spirit of Place) from the psychogeographers of the 20th century. Refined by the Situationists, it’s described it as 'a means of calibrating the behavioural impact of place' But what informs us of our everyday sense of place?
@robs001 It’s an interesting area, as Ken (instagram) commented, actively researched. I’m really looking forward to seeing where it goes (and when published, I’m putting in my pre-order now please). A delight and always interesting to ‘talk’ Rob, all the very best
What’s Genius Loci about? It’s where ‘psychology and geography collide’* in this extended survey of an urban area and its margins. Here are four thumbnails to get started:
