Issuers already price risk in and have insurance to cover fraudulent charges. And interest rates are based on individual credit risk.

@JohnGle82369906 @mocoatty22 @BrendanPorath 2/2) that's way better than a DUI from drugs showing up in his urine. He's been charged with a DUI but now he most likely won't be convicted of a DUI since there's reasonable doubt of impairment due to the breathalyzer showing 0 BAC and no urinalysis.

@Captain_C2 @AshtonForbes My assumption is because then any random person or terrorist group with this technology would be able to take any type of payload (think nuclear or other) and deliver it to a specific place at any time and no way to defend against that from a national security perspective.
