Booked trip to the UK a month ago to watch my @SpursOfficial vs FFC on 11/30, but just found out the match has been MOVED to 12/2… after our return flight. £££$$$ down the drain on tickets, flights, and hotel. Devastated and annoyed! No consideration for planning.
Very disappointed with @vrbo. Stayed at a dirty, moldy place and spent over 6 hours trying to resolve it with no luck. Broken promises of call backs. Beware—no customer satisfaction guarantee and they treat you like a liar.

@JoshReynolds24 I agree. And what’s with this “marginal contact” BS. It’s bad enough that “stars” get the benefit of the doubt all the time. Now they don’t get fouls called against them due to “marginal contact”.
Riddle me this. I order a $2k laptop from #Dell for my college son. They have #FedEx deliver to a business address in the middle of the day on a workday. They leave it OUTSIDE with no signature required. It is now missing and I have to file the police report. Great service #Dell.
