@FAO Start using leftover schemes/apps like @TooGoodToGo_UK. Throwing away cooked food (from hotel buffees, restaurants, snackbars) is ubiquitous, but the trend can be redirected. Who doesn't want a cheap, healthy, diverse meal every day?
