I avoid #MentalHeathAwarenessWeek. I find it full of glaring contradictions: ‘just talk’ (who will listen?), ‘ask for help’ (but that help isn’t always there, or all that helpful), ‘we care’ (but not enough to address social inequalities). Yet @FionaMalpass inspired me to join in
