@airindia @rajeshdogra7 I’m appalled at this level of service from #AirIndia. I was given non vegetarian food with complete violation of my religious beliefs despite registering as vegetarian. No one even has the courtesy to reach out ! Never using #AirIndiaService again!

Just landed from Melbourne to Delhi on Air India AI309. Shocked at the service levels. Despite registering my vegetarian meal , I was given a non vegetarian roll which I only realised after eating half way through it. No respect for your religious beliefs !

@reachingArty I had my worst travel experience with @airindia almost a decade ago! That was my last time flying with them. Can’t believe they are still the same. Can you go worse than the worst? Or may be they have.

@EshanSachinArya It’s frustrating that despite sending out feedback forms they have not followed up at all to date. For a nation that’s predominantly vegetarian how can they be so blasé about mixing up vegetarian and non vegetarian food ? #AirIndia has to be penalised for this! #AirIndiaService

@Iamsagarnarang This was just one of things but the worst! The inflight entertainment, call bell, charging port… all broken. So many of us were skipped for breakfast. Many people given non veg food when we clearly asked for vegetarian. High time they were penalised #airindia #airindiaservice
