@AmazonHelp I have since gotten it taken care of but very displeased with how it was handled and the lack of help until I completely lost my mind. I'm normally very patient especially as Amazing has made mistakes in the past. However in the past Amazon was more knowledgeable than now.

@AmazonHelp That doesn't help. Amazon failed to say my item was out of stock and it was time sensitive item and sent me on a wild goose chase and continue to tell me no until I fought back.

@AmazonHelp It has taken me all day to actually get help and your representatives failed to give all information. It took me reaching out in social media and talking to a supervisor and refusing to be told no to actually get help I'm barely getting a refund and ready to cancel membership
