Announcing the Weaponization Fund before the ICE and BP Gunding bills were passed via reconciliation put it in jeopardy.
When the Senate could not pass those bills 2 weeks ago, it gave political opponents time and leverage to kill the weaponization fund as a condition for voting on the bills.

The Admin doesn’t have a way out and it needs the ICE and BP to be funded ASAP.

@shipwreckedcrew This is happening in CT, it's called 8-39g, an affordable housing law. Local jurisdiction has been removed, all litigation goes to one judge in Hartford. Over 90% are ruled in favor of the developer. Recently, the judge approved a 14 unit building on a ½ acre single family lot.

@dieworkwear After Derek's postings about made in America jeans, for the last couple of years I have been buying only Gustin jeans. They feel and look better than the big brands. They don't offer "vanity sizing", so be sure you follow their sizing guide. Excellent quality.
