Logos Bible software rant:
Every Logos tool that promises to be a "shortcut" turns into 60-minute learning curve with uncertain payoff.
My time is better spent doing things the "hard way" and just getting it done.
I now remember why I chose Accordance.
"The more a theologian detaches himself from the basic Hebrew and Greek text of Holy Scripture, the more he detaches himself from the source of real theology!"

@XtremelyDad Yes! No one is above being fact checked.
Now these Jews were more noble than those in Thessalonica; they received the word with all eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so. (Acts 17:11 ESV)
Christians aren’t to blame for these atrocities, but our society’s sickness reveals the church’s weakness.

"There have been very few pastors whose ministries have been damaged by poor strategic planning. There are very few pastors whose ministries have been compromised by poor staffing. There are very few pastors who have lost their way in ministry because they didn’t budget well. But there are thousands of pastors who have damaged or destroyed their ministries because they lost sight of what ministry was really about and did not protect themselves against temptation and, sadly, became casualties of the very war that Peter says we should never forget."

Immersion made Paul’s list of ‘seven ones’ in Ephesians 4. How important must it be to make this list?
Why do so many Protestants treat baptism like a footnote?
@DPGBehler Given the recent statements from figures like Sproul Jr., can there be any doubt about the heretical nature of their teachings?
This doctrine is more egregious than nearly anything debated and condemned by historic church councils.
Time to start calling it what it is?
