@AmazonUK my account had been blocked for 3 weeks. I've called the number given numerous times. No use as it is a business account. Get transferrd. They can't help. Specialist team will be in touch. They never are. 1 hour on the phone today no further on
@AmazonHelp It has been 3 weeks. The last '48 hours' email was 4 days ago. Please as a company take some responsibility. At least provide me with a contact number that actually deals with my query. Not one that is irrelevant and transfers me another 2 times.
@AmazonHelp Do you see the madness in this when I'm telling you I've repeated these steps 8 times already? As stated below, I get this on repeat and no one reaches out. I've been on the phone an hour this morning and cut off. Even when I get to the step where I submit info, nothing is done
@AmazonHelp I have done this approximately 8 times in the past 3 weeks. This is why now I've got to the end of my tether and tweeted but being told to repeat the same. I'm telling you I'm getting nothing back from the specialist team. I want to contact them directly but get told I cannot
@AmazonHelp I've been on the phone an hour this morning and still no further on. The number isn't for a business account. I got transfered, got disconnected. Called again, messed around for 20 mins, got transfered on hold for 15 and cut off again. 3 weeks of this and I'm being told to repeat
@AmazonHelp With all due respect I've rang that number approximately 10 times. I'm then told they can't help and transferred to a business number who say they're raising it with the specialist team. I then get the attached email EVERY time.
