@SznPltts My brothers just last week were bitching about how we always play the Falcons. I told them to view it as fun! We have a fan base bond forming.
@aytekintank@Forbes I enjoyed your writing, and I couldn’t agree more with the message. Another way I’ve described it recently is “AI is supposed to help us do everything faster, but what if some things are better done slow?”
@commanders_365@MySportsUpdate It’s like all the loser incels who’ve never been able to land a girl acting like they’re above dating, so retired from it
@xwanyex Optimization sucks the joy from all things. “We murder to dissect.” The obsession with perfect strategy makes us robots; all science, no soul. I honestly think it’s a part of why everyone is so stressed and depressed.
@lugaricano So much low hanging fruit if you’re good at. Few month projects, show non-AI users the basics (which will transform their lives), go to the next company. There are so many small or medium companies that would pay for that service absent budget for a full time AI integrator.
@SteffenJack84@effthealgorithm Been saying it for awhile now: AI is the new email. My workload has only increased since I started using AI (as expected/required) daily. Any capacity it creates for me is more than offset by additional tasks from my bosses who are delusional about how much capacity AI creates.
@skapegoat888@SirajAHashmi Meh. How does finding a big ear joke sort of obvious and small mean “zero sense”? I “get it”—and appreciate the absurdity of the context—but didn’t laugh. I just don’t have your sense of humor, not “zero”. And that’s fine. Life’d be boring if we all laughed at the same things.
@BiggeThat@Kravitz76 Oh come off it, like any fan base wouldn’t make the same meme with roles reversed. It’s quality content. Respect the meme game, even when you’re the target, I say.
@cwallse I’m not big on these quotes about players that claim they can do everything in a laundry list way, so what pops here for me is the “finish in the ball”. A lot of guys have all the measurables to be a good catcher, but only some put it all together and consistently CATCH THE BALL.
@JPFinlayNBCS@GrantPaulsen This is the answer. The nicest thing you can call Klubnik is “a major disappointment.” I actually think Williams’ numbers look miraculously productive given how mad that offense was.
