Utterly disappointed by Ola's services, I tried to book a cab on 9 july at 7:38 pm when it showed I would be charged ₹41 as cancellation fees, I linked my Amazon pay account and was charged ₹242, there was no option on Ola app to report1/2

I reported the issue next day here and got a DM from ola to provide my contact number, now I have received a mail stating I have not provided information in "real-time", how do I do that if there is no option available on the application.
Ola stole ₹201 from me.

Used Ola cabs after ~2 years yesterday, was asked to pay 41 rs as cancellation fees, linked my Amazon pay wallet and got charged ₹242.
Unable to contact Ola support and nothing shows in ride history.
Ola/Amazon support please respond and help

But I have not paid online, it shows refunded to source account, but there is none

Got scammed by Myntra, paid from Paytm and applied Flat cashback of ₹300 offer, received only ₹20 cashback, when clicked on TNC the offer says flat cashback of ₹300 however when clicked on read more it's cashback of upto ₹20"

First they delivered a wrong product and refusd retrn, then they sent a wrong replcmnt and finally agreed to retrn the prodct.
