FRFT has issued a Formal Institutional Notice challenging the misuse of commercial DNA estimates, haplogroups, and HLA-related data to misclassify or redefine Verified Freedmen.

DNA estimates are not legal status.
Haplogroups do not determine Freedmen identity.
Commercial ancestry reports cannot replace documented history and institutional verification.

What people do not realize is that the Nolan Wells case will be like the O.J. Simpson case. The boat owner who transported him to the island will be liable in a civil suit just as O.J. Simpson was for the deaths of his ex-wife and Goldman.

People will be mad because when you wish the worst on the innocent, the innocent are affected by the same standards the system created. If you celebrated Goldman winning a civil suit, you should celebrate Nolan Wells family winning theirs too.
