My theory was right! Charlie was shot from his right side somewhere.

The bullet enters near his right ear/jaw, then exits his front left neck, where his carotid artery is. I have New video that shows the bullet exit his neck and then pass to the ground (passing by his knees!). The other video I included shows the bullet coming from Charlie’s right side. (Maybe it damaged the floor which is why they had the area demolished within days??)
