@BBVA_USA Whaaaat an absolute shit show. If you haven’t already you need to RUN as fast as you can from @BBVA_USA I transferred my funds to @onefinancehq 2 weeks ago. No issues. Their customer support even reached out to me personally to ask how I was doing. @simple level cust support!
@BBVA_USA Yup. It’s stating my Online Banking has been previously activated for another account I own. Very confusing. Unfortunately I don’t have time to sit on hold today.
