@MattDevittWINK I have reviewed and i dont see the south shift you are refering to. If it did shift south did you revise your 18ft surge? Im trying to figure out your 28ft surge and yet it was zero. Thats a big miss on the surge. How about your historical surge prediction accuracy overall?
