@AzureSupport Problem is that we can't pay at < $100 bill because we don't have access to it. For this Microsoft is willing to risk massive reputational damage to us and to them. They're saying another 24 to 48 hours & possible data loss because their technicians are busy.

Struggling with @AzureSupport Paid all invoices 4 days ago but still have suspended services. @Microsoft updates SaaS subscription status rarely (it's 5 days old). Paid for extra support & have had a Severity A support request 2204110030000646 out since last night. Frustrated!!

@AzureSupport All is paid. Some things are double-paid. The email we just got says... "we have engaged our Technical team and team is actively working on it. I will update you within 24-48 hours for next course of action, once we heard any update from respective team." Severity A Response?

It's variously up and down. Sometimes we can get into the admin console, sometimes we can't. A lot of users can't get into outlook either.

My advice: Make sure that the producer has a script to follow (not word for word but who is on and in which order) and some PowerPoint "gap-filler" slides just in case.
