The last time Seth Grove faced a Democrat, it was in 2010 where he won roughly 75% of the vote. The district has gone uncontested since.

Obviously a special election is different, but a 13 point margin would be considered an underperformance in this district by any stretch.

Democrats have made a rural York County special election to replace state Rep. Seth Grove very competitive. I don't know the district's political geography well but it's neck and neck at 55% in.

The big losers tonight have to be Sharif Street, Bob Brady and the Philadelphia Democratic establishment.

Street had every advantage in this race, but the string of missteps and losses for Brady and his party machine continues.

One has to wonder how much longer he can lead the party.

A lot of political stock was put into Bob Brooks, Bob Harvie and Janelle Stelson in helping flip the four House seats they are targeting. All three were dominant tonight. #PAPrimary
