So the optometrist says my eyes are fantastic! Looks like I can continue to kick the proverbial can down the road before I need glasses. I won't go into the detailed results, but in layman's terms, and I'm paraphrasing here, ' eyesight of an eagle'. Not my words.

So no PB today. Turns out the course is more challenging than 5km looked on paper. Didn't help I took a (wrong turn!?) and did an extra 250m either. Also had to deal with nipple rash and numb left toes (I think I strapped those laces up too aggressively).
