@FirstBankngr God in heaven knows am sick and tired of this annoying bank called #firstbankngr. All I want know is to closed down my account 3061966939. Just to upgrade it and providing all necessary documents for 3 weeks now they kept giving me different excuses.

@FirstBankngr Hello firstbank it's now 2 weeks since have been trying to do account upgrade which doesn't take other banks a day to upgrade customers account. But the self proclaimed giant called Firstbank is using all the years to do so.

@FirstBankngr How many years will it take to just run an account upgrade? It's more than 1 week now and my account is yet to be upgraded despite submitting necessary documents needed. This battles me sincerely.
