That’s what people actually want to hear from the president. Not another general speech with vague promises we hear every day. People want direct answers to the hard, real questions affecting their lives right now.
What happens when a South African goes to the hospital and finds no bed because it’s occupied by illegal foreigners? Should that citizen die while an illegal foreigner is in the bed, or should the nurse remove the illegal occupant and put the South African there instead?
@ewnupdates But in the villages there is severe load reduction everyday. They are lying to South Africans and they think we are stupid. They just changed the name from loadshedding to load reduction. Sis.
@Cinnamon_Guy_@Mapholobzz @SweeetCherrie I think the issue is that he went and opened a case against Khumalo who got his information from the Police. Say basically him opening the case says the police are lying
@Our_DA@Our_DA Show us how you'll eliminate cadre deployment, ensure transparency, and provide the skills & capital required for beneficiaries of BEE, BELA, and land reform to succeed. Fighting necessary redress is a losing game.
@Our_DA You need to stop reflexively opposing progressive bills like #BBBEE, #BELA. The narrative that these policies "don't work" ignores a vital truth: for many Black South Africans, our employment and economic access is a direct result of BEE and BBBEE mandates.
@Our_DA For example, failed land reform isn't a failure of the constitutional right to equitable access to land, but a failure of the state to provide post-settlement support, adequate funding, and transparent beneficiary selection.
@Our_DA@Our_DA The problem isn't the design of the law, it's the delivery. The bills are drafted with the right intent, but the ANC's implementation has been riddled with failure, corruption, and a lack of proper support. This is the core issue.
@Our_DA@Our_DA The continuous, outright fight against transformation bills is politically costly. It sounds malicious and fundamentally undermines the DA's campaign to win broader support. Transformation is not a fringe issue; it's a constitutional imperative.
@PSAFLIVE@lolobee052 UJ must be investigated for employing so many foreigners at the university. If you go to the Doornfontein Campus, foreigners own that place, and they even ensure that South Africans don't complete their degrees. Professors reject to supervise South African students.
@CityPowerJhb Hi, do you have an update for Ormonde View, Block 13? Power left since yesterday morning . It only came back for a out an hour in the afternoon.
