Updates: You’ll worry more than get excited. Epic breaks stuff every update.
Roadmap: Add +6 months to whatever they promise.
World Building: You’ll spend more time pushing changes than actually building.
Animation: You can’t even animate your own character.
Scripting: Overcomplicated and unstable vs Lua. You need devices with code
UI: Requires huge workarounds.
Debug: Bare bones. If your game’s unstable, good luck guessing why.
VFX: Crashes every 2s. Don’t trust Unreal tutorials. Half the nodes don’t exist in UEFN.
Items: No custom item support.
Physics: Just sucks...
