For those confused, the entirety of the Imagined Order was NEVER destroyed in the Collision Event. Only the Island Management Team.

The Imagined Order is an enormous faction, and their reach extends throughout the entire Omniverse. Geno prepared for the fall of the Island Management Team, it was all according to his plan & it's why he faked his death. To get the faction off the grid.
