You have to teach non asian children the following:

“A” stands for average
“B” stands for below average
“C” stands for can’t have dinner
“D” stands for don’t come home
“F” stands for find a new family

Lot of non Asians think this as a joke but every Asian kid knows parents mean it. If your expectation for your child is a “B”, that is what they will achieve….
