之前很多人問過我，自己創業跟當上班族最大的差異在哪裡。

「是時間安排？是自由？是生活彈性？還是收益？」，大家常會好奇。

這些或許都是，但都不是最關鍵的。出來創業對我最大的影響，我覺得是【看待風險】的角度不同了。

風險指的是兩種風險。

#機會的風險
沒出來創業過的朋友或許不知道。其實你只要能力不太差，離職後你會突然發現機會是無敵多的！我當年才剛提離職，立刻就有認識的前輩問我要不要去跟他合作。後來實際開了公司，三天兩頭就會有人問說「他有個甚麼想法要找我聊聊」。

聽起來好像很讚？但其實就因為這樣，你發現很多人想創業，但最後兜兜轉轉的半年一年下來卻啥正事都沒做，或是做了很多看似很風光，但毫無價值的事情。

換言之，機會看似很多，但反過來而言，陷阱也很多。所以能活下來的創業者，我覺得都是警覺性高，而且善於選擇的人。

#趨勢的風險
除了周圍人際關係的機會外，對於「趨勢」這��西，慢慢的也會抱持著跟上班時完全相反的態度。

當上班族的時候，你不用想太多，反正網路上大家說某東西好，你也就跟著說某東西好即可。(這某東西可以是開發APP、經營粉絲頁、分享經濟、O2O、自媒體、自造者、物聯網、斜槓、AR、VR、AI、虛擬幣、區塊鏈、訂閱、音頻、視頻、直播、物聯網等過去十年你還記得的各類名詞。)

因為如果你跟隨鼓譟下，公司有稍微跟上趨勢，當然這是最好，因為你就是先驅就是英雄。但若看走眼了，後果承擔反正也是公司。公司若體質夠大，就算白白繞了一圈，虛擲了資源，最後可能也沒出大事。而且這種隨波逐流的態度，你就算真看錯了，大不了也就兩手一攤地說「老闆，不是我的錯。外面大家都看錯、專家也都看錯，我哪知道會這樣」。就算失敗，你最少賺到經驗。所以以上班族而言，跟隨潮流是完全合理的策略。

但當事業是自己的，從眾就是最危險的態度了。

大家都說好的，你絕不能傻傻地就相信，你得花很多心力思考、假設、驗證、以及調整。因為每次看錯除了可能投資血本無歸外，更可能是白費了寶貴的時間。而你出來創業，不比上班族。上班反正看錯，薪水也照領。但你出來看錯，很可能繞了遠路卻一事無成。而且當你規模小時，資源一定有限。所有資源都得用在刀口上。也因此，你需要的【不是長期是對的，而是短期就得不出差錯】。

甚至你還得評估你有沒有資格去追隨某種趨勢。因為【長期趨勢有可能真是那樣，但長期卻未必是你玩得起的】。或是別人或許能透過那方法賺大錢，但你其實沒有做那件事情的優勢。這也是我常常強調的：選擇沒有客觀的正確，都是主觀的是否合適。怎麼在過程中驗證，怎麼持盈保泰，比選對更重要。

所謂愛與喜歡，其實就是一個人生選項的排序呈現。

但因為大部分人都不是理性的，所以優先性就來自於「理性」與「感性」的拉扯。
「理性」勝過「感性」的，這是一種愛；但「感性」勝於「理性」的，其實亦然。

「冷冷的冬天堅持起床去��專案管理」這顯然是一種愛的表現。
「明天即將要期末考了，但我就是不想念書只有動力看漫畫」這當然也是。

後者告訴了你，你內心有多不愛那「理性」（或爸媽）幫你選的那一選擇。

一個無法真心愛上的事情，勉強下去，最終也很難做到極致。但當你無法做到極致，你又將無法毫無保留地愛上那個事物。最後就是不斷地徘徊在「我該」與「我愛」之間。

經歷了一輪牛熊，那些曾經嘲笑微策略一買就跌的人，現在誰是小丑呢？三箭、LUNA、FTX都笑哭了！

根據個人收集2年地址追蹤與資料，抓了自己收集的 @MicroStrategy 地址從這個文件敘述日期，買入操作是在 11 月 30 日至 12 月 26 日期間進行。

截至 23 年 12 月 26 日，微策略現在持有 189,150 枚 BTC，以約 59 億美元的價格收購，平均價格為每顆比特幣 31,168 美元。

其中提及：最近以現金 6.157 億美元價格「加碼」14,620 枚比特幣，平均價格為 42,110 美元。

經研究調查這段時間共10011筆資料，分析篩選轉出入後，與實際文件僅誤差540顆，均價也誤差100美元左右。

圖2/圖3是比��幣價格相關性分析篩選前/後，提取出比較大額的轉移，確實在轉移之間與比特幣上漲有些關係。

其中更有趣的推���是，如果這真的是微策略的地址，那它極有可能利用 @RobinhoodApp 託管與購買。
