@DJ_paintblush 3. The purpose is that i have limited knowledge so i can't learn by simply mindlessly trying to invest something out of my head. I have idea, i need materials.
Maybe i can simulate fabric, so i use that part of Creativity to cover up my other flaws.

@DJ_paintblush 2. And then i would use images of my own limbs ( hands feet) doing the gesture and use them as reference. And there is the faces which uh... Well in doing fanart there are enough references to learn and imply each pose and gesture.

@DJ_paintblush 1.Well i see no joy in the gatekeeping, i simply use a rough textured pen to make it imperfect and weirdly lined. Then after sketching the gesture i use a modeling toy with mannequin ( Blender or poseart website ), so i can see the perspective.
