@Hunter_Eagleman I worked at the Nevada DMV and I would get a lot of unhappy customers. They were unhappy when they came in. I would try to give them options to resolve their issues and have them leave in a much better mood. It worked most of the time.
I loved my job. I’m retired now.

@ThrillaRilla369 Yes! I tried to do a flip off of an airplane wing (in a park) in southern California and landed on my right arm broke it bad! My day was spent in the hospital
