أخطر حالة يمرّ بها المجتمع - أي مجتمع- هي حالة ( الإنسداد السياسي ) حيث يشيع الخوف وتقل المعلومات وتكثر الإشاعات ويصعب التكهّن وأنت في المساء بما قد يحدث في الصّباح . لا يُفكّك هذه الحالة الخطرة إِلَّا ( الإنفراج السياسي ) بدلاً من ( الإنسداد السياسي ) ولا يتحقق ذلك إلاّبالإصلاح
