JUST IN: Puerto Rican fitness influencer kidnapped and m*rdered by alleged illegal immigrant in Georgia.

24-year-old Mexican illegal alien Angel DeJesus Rivera-Sanchez is accused of m*rdering Puerto Rican native Minelys “Mimi” Rodriguez-Ramirez, 25.

Rodriguez-Ramirez was last seen on October 22 at a Walmart in Cornelia, Georgia.

Police found her body the next day near the Walmart after being reported missing.

About a week later on October 28, police arrested Rivera-Sanchez near a bus station in Atlanta.

"The administration’s failure to address this issue impacts families here in Georgia and across the United States," said state Sens. John Albers and Steve Gooch.

"Earlier this year, our community mourned the tragic de*th of Laken Riley, a resident of my district, and now we mourn Mimi Rodriguez-Ramirez. These were preventable tragedies, and we will not forget them."
