Hydrogen gas may be the biggest health discovery of the century.

We need the mirror of the other to SEE OURSELVES and here is where Jungian psychology is most helpful. What is conscious in one is often unconscious in the other and vice versa. When shadow work honestly undertaken enters a relationship both people can benefit by doing the work together. I have seen it over and over. When victim consciousness prevails and pointing fingers is the pattern no one heals. When each person can see the real reason they’ve attracted each other in the first place (there are no accidents) it can be profound. Knowing your own Astrology really helps in this regard and in particular the 7th house because it is 180˚ opposite the first house of identity. The 7th House is called the marriage and partnership house but it was also called the house of open enemies by the ancients! Why? Because our partner will suffer to become our enemy when they have to do or overdo our shadow for us and we refuse to see this part of ourself. I’ve been learning, applying this to my own life, teaching and doing relationship consultations for 25+ years and shadow work is truly a GIFT. One of my favorite quotes by Jung is probably one of his most famous. ”The psychological rule says that when an inner situation is not made conscious, it happens outside as fate. That is to say, when the individual remains undivided and does not become conscious of his inner opposite, the world must perforce act out the conflict and be torn into opposing halves.” CW9: AION: 126 The goal is eventually to embrace the opposites within in order to share it but first we must know ourselves. Our many selves and we are all a traveling roadshow of people, some conscious and many parts still unconscious.
