Hi X, I'm starting this account to present my apps with my girlfriend @Rebecasarai_. I talk about tech, programming, and how to live a good life as an entrepreneur in my case #couplepreneur
I keep telling people this
Regular people around me already use AI apps all the time in advanced ways
Most tech people are in their own bubble thinking we're the only ones who use AI
People need to understand this: these billionaire tech bros teach their children Montessori and Waldorf methods which focuses on teaching kids the ability to focus for long periods, think critically, and be creative, while they push attention-destroying short form videos and AI onto the masses and pretend it’s for the good of humanity.
They understand that your ability to focus and be creative is the main factor of success in the future, yet design apps that degrade those crucial life skills. The average person must be aware of this and resist this at all costs.

Mark Zuckerberg's 7-year-old daughter told him she wanted to be Taylor Swift when she grew up. He looked at her and said you can't, that's not available to you.
Sounds brutal for a dad to say. But Zuckerberg built a $1.4 trillion company on the exact impulse he just shut down in his own kid, and he understands that impulse better than anyone alive.
There's a French philosopher buried in this story.
René Girard taught at Stanford, and his big idea was that desire is borrowed. You don't independently decide to want a Birkin bag or a corner office or a pop star's life. You see someone else wanting it, and you catch the wanting like a cold. He called it mimetic desire.
One of his students was Peter Thiel. In 2004, Thiel wrote Facebook's first outside check, $500K for about 10% of the company, and he has said Girard is a big part of why he saw the bet. A website where millions of people watch each other's lives is a machine for showing you what everyone else wants. The theory said it would be irresistible. That $500K turned into more than a billion dollars.
Every feature since runs on the same engine. Likes show you what others approve of. Followers show you who others watch. The feed is a 24/7 broadcast of other people's wants.
So when a 7 year old comes home from a concert saying she wants to be Taylor Swift, Zuckerberg isn't hearing a cute dream. He's hearing the force he's monetized for twenty years, pointed at his own kid.
And his answer was the one move Girard said actually breaks the loop. Stop copying the model. Become the model. His daughter thought about it and decided she wants people to want to be like August Chan Zuckerberg instead.
He sells the itch to be someone else to more than 3 billion people a day. The one person he coached out of it was his daughter.
men will believe a woman is a slut with zero evidence, but they need a documentary, 12 witnesses, DNA, surveillance footage, and God’s signature to believe a man is a rapist.
Men can choose to not do this. Men can choose to treat women the way they would like to be treated (I suspect that most men, when extremely drunk and high on ketamine and having reluctantly consented to some limited sexual activity, would not find it pleasant to have their condition advertised as “free ass” to random men on Snapchat). We can create a culture in which men who treat women this way are considered reprehensible, pathetic, and worthy of scorn, whether or not they have technically committed a crime.

If I have a son I’m gonna teach him the difference between right and wrong, and if I have a daughter, I’m gonna teach her how to say no, shoot guns, and break jaws.
I believe in due process, yet this entire case makes me sad for men and women, teach your sons when a woman is incapacitated to send her home not take advantage. Teach your daughters to protect and love themselves.
