Focus on building problem solving skills, your team will love you and at the very least its less annoying then pointing out "if we just stop dying on ecos we will win more" everyone knows so provide something more.

My biggest pet peeve is players/coaches who say the problem and repeat it non stop and say "stop doing that"

example
"stop peaking them we keep losing the early fight" or "stop fighting after we have advantage"
with no real solution to the problem.

There are different solutions based on different comps and playstyles always. Don't just stick with the same solution for different problems.

Ranked also doesn't apply because you can give a solution and they will just mute and run it down b-main anyway.
