@charlonichole @TheRangeUK It’s the manner in which I was spoken to and how condescending but how they have their own standards saying they are protecting themselves but I have a right to protect myself. But they don’t seem to get that.

@NARSCosmetics such a shame your counter at John Lewis Liverpool was understaffed and under resourced with me not being able to purchase a pump. Also when I tried to sample the foundation the pump squirted product all over my coat, now stained and the staff could care less.Thanks
