For the Q3 report, 2 things I believe in that filing deserve more attention:

1) The -$92.1M realized loss on ETH derivatives. What is the plans going forward with the option' strategy as the loss is roughly 1/3 of the annual staking revenue as of today.

And

2) The "ETH Tower" contract obligations. $40- $50 million/yr, that is roughly over 10 years ~$500M contract deal most $BMNR holders have never heard of. Can you expand on the details of this deal a little more?

Would really appreciate some further clarification around these two items in that Q3 report.
