@Condor_Avenue@sebastianbaumer@Paerbaer Everything has a subjective value, even commodities. The only difference is that mass belief gives in practice an "objective value".
Art can be made from anything, you can't exclude AI. Sure it's lazy dogshit to you but for someone else it's beutiful, it's human expression.
@officialhyve@S1GHB3RS1NN3R@Paerbaer Not if they just use publically available data. No breach has been made.
Oh, and I belive art, both good and bad, needs imitation, scarping and copying, not just by Suno of course. Without it art dies a horrible death.
@Condor_Avenue@sebastianbaumer@Paerbaer Calling a dissenter a retard isn't very clever or nice.
Influence is me buying the same or similar car model you drive.
Theft is me taking control of your car, and depriving you of that very same control.
@officialhyve@S1GHB3RS1NN3R@Paerbaer Well it does exists, and it's not going away. Suno and all the other current models and companies will come and go, but the technology is here to stay.
I believe that good art is more than the sum of it's parts. Art will endure, no matter how much we imitate, scrape or copy.
@Stretchedwiener Yes, I believe my viewpoint is very understandable. And in the end, I think this sentiment will prevail. It will become obvious that art, both commercial and non-commercial, will endure no matter how much we "copy" each other. Good art is always more than the sum of its parts.
