Bob McCarthy has established a new British National record at 31.99mph in the FORMULA 3 Minimum Hull 18ft (5.48M) Max 150hp single outboard class.

All records are published in good faith and are subject to ratification by the relevant governing body.

Good Morning, it's the final day of the 53rd Record Week. Another great morning for water speed record breaking. Course officials are getting ready to launch with attempts due to start at 8am.

Graham Leech has set a new World and British National record in the SKI DIVISION GP1 / F1 1000m distance class at 78.74mph.

Bob Wartinger has set a new World and USA National record in the Endurance Group B - Promotion 150 (P) class at 66.98mph.
This makes his total water speed record tally to 148 over a 50 year period.

The 1st run of the 53rd Records Week has commenced with Paul Hart in the Formula 500 Up to 500cc class.

Good Morning, what a difference a day makes.
Very still water this morning so it's all systems go to finalise the course for the start of the 53rd Records Week. 1st run should be in the next few hours once the course has been declared safe and systems have been commissioned.

The rain has stopped in Coniston and we have begun the process to ready the course for record attempts tomorrow morning.
The forecast is looking good for record runs tomorrow with low wind.

Due to the continuing high winds we are now standing down for the rest of the day.
The forecast doesn't look great tomorrow but we will review the situation at 7am.

The wind is barrelling up Coniston Water at the moment.

Good Morning, there is going to be a delay to the start of Record Week 2025. Due to flooding and high winds, there will be no attempts and the office will be closed for signing in this morning. The situation will be reviewed at 1pm.
