To keep our recycling heroes safe, the recycling center will swing open its doors at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 20th. Thanks a million for your understanding—turns out our warehouse is about as warm as a snowman in January! (thanks Canva Magic Write for the fun caption.)

The District will be closed on January 1st. We have experienced an average monthly increase of 35%, and we hope to see this trend continue into 2025. Happy Recycling and Happy New Year! We will resume our regular schedule on January 2nd. #jcrd #jcrdrecyclesright

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the incredible recycling team for putting together this year's Franklin Christmas Parade float. While I may have the vision, it's your talent and skills that bring it to life.

This is just a reminder that we are taking pumpkins for recycling and have added mums as well. We still can't take the plastic containers, however. Help give new life to dying things, they aren't trash, they are earth's treasure!

Thank you for your continued support this year. We wish you a joyful holiday season and look forward to an exciting 2025 in our new building! Please note that our regular recycling schedule time/day changes are ONLY for the dates listed.
