@saiya_ran @VaylornofHN I think the only real argument for Wattrel being the regional bird is that every pokemon is accessible early TECHNICALLY in SV, since the map is open for exploration immediately, and raid dens made a lot of harder to find pokemon easy to get. That and squawkabilly doesn't evolve
