2. 🏠Evergrande filed for U.S. bankruptcy and currently has +$300b in liabilities. This comes as they initially defaulted on their debt in 2021.
3. 🇨🇳China's HY real estate index isn't just stumbling; it's plummeting — down a staggering 82% in just over two years. This catastrophic drop sends the index reeling back to levels we last saw in the 2008 crisis.
