It’s not about finding which Republican will lose in the general election like we’ve always done.
It’s about finding someone that can win. I’m a Republican who wins in a Democrat county by a large majority because I get things done.
That’s how we win in November, by sending someone with a proven track record of actually working for California.

Gooo Sheriff Bianco! Steve Hilton could easily be their Trojan Horse. We can’t gamble with CA. We need the only proven Republican Leader to Govern CA and that SHERIFF CHAD BIANCO! Make your vote count and vote NOW. Tracking your vote is easy. @ChadBianco
Sheridan Gordon’s Mom…

This cut me to the core 😔

Exactly! Bianco is against sanctuary states & would end it in CA immediately. As Sheriff, he is legally required to follow current California law under Gavin Newsom. Refusing to do so would jeopardize his position.

Bianco has repeatedly stated he opposes CA’s sanctuary laws. Elected Gov, he would stop that. He supports stronger immigration enforcement, prioritizing violent & repeat offenders, while acknowledging the reality many long-term residents work, pay taxes/contributions

Claiming Sheriff Chad Bianco supports “amnesty” is false. As Sheriff, he is legally required to follow current California law under Gavin Newsom. Refusing to do so would jeopardize his position. That does NOT mean he supports sanctuary state policies.
Being a CA GOP county committee chairman, I've been asked many times which Republican I like the primary. I did not say anything publicly to be accused of putting my thumb on the scale on the lead up to our endorsements. While I answered individual questions, I did not tell my whole thought process until our endorsement meeting and here. I'll start by saying I met both @ChadBianco & @SteveHiltonx early in their campaigns and thought they were both fine men (not quite the same for the Dem's, think Swalwell). I went back and forth like a horse race, for the first few months. After 3-4 months one candidate started breaking away in my mind, and here are the reasons why:
Administrative experience: I felt @ChadBianco displays the most administrative experience because he:
- leads the Sheriff's department of Riverside County that has over 4,000 employees (think of being in charge and leading that many people)
-manages a $1.2B+ budget
-is contracted law enforcement for 17 cities and 12 Indian nations
-has under his watch 5 jails, 16 courthouses, ~15 Patrol & Sub-stations
-is the County Coroner
Chad Bianco wears a lot of hats in a business that never sleeps. Experience matters.
Political experience: @ChadBianco has been in law enforcement for 30+ years. He has run for Riverside County Sheriff 3 times. Losing the 1st campaign, winning the 2nd and winning the 3rd campaign (current term) with a 60/40 split, in an environment where a 7% win is considered a landslide. It appears that voters on both sides of the aisle appreciate his work.
Regarding his opponent @stevehilton, being a consultant in England is not in the same conversation of being elected twice in the US. Signing the front of a paycheck is a different position than signing the back. Elected officials go through the grinder, consultants consult. Another overall concern I have is with foreign born higher level politicians (think Ihlan Omar & Rashida Tlaib) and what their knee jerk reactions are on hot topics like the 1st & 2nd amendments. We've recently seen the problems around the world with those who can't arm themselves or speak their mind. I'd guess the U.S. is the only country that teaches the importance of those 2 amendments. Kenyans are known for running, Australians for their outback, Canadians for their hockey & America is known for its citizens bearing arms.
Contract Cities/Tribes: @ChadBianco as Sheriff is the outsourced law enforcement for towns that might be too small to have their own police force. Chad has said in speeches that many of the contract towns had Democrat majority city councils and yet he still wins the county vote 60/40. A testament to his work. The Indian tribes are another world unto their own (stream Longmire to understand).
Fiscal responsibility: @Chadbianco manages a $1.2+B budget that he inherited in the RED when he entered his first term, and once he returned the budget to the BLACK, he has kept it there ever since. In an era in CA when every time we turn around, somebody is stealing from us (politicians and fraudsters) @chadbianco brings real word experience to curb it. His background will be invaluable here. He also has a plan to curb the Government's excessive spending, in particular with NGOs. He plans to cancel all NGO relationships and those that want, can reapply and tell their story. I'll ask you, how many do you think will come back?
Energy: @chadbianco is in favor of responsibly using the vast resources we have in CA. He's described the process of eventually making CA a "no income tax" state by using the royalties the state would derive from oil production. Think "drill baby drill."
Water: Chad Bianco understands we don't have a water shortage, we have a water distribution management problem that needs fixing, so as not to have us in a drought while it's raining so hard it's flooding. Think of what that could do for our farmers, our source of food that we can take for granted.
